ShowcasedListings provides AI-powered tools to create single-property listing websites from publicly available real estate listing URLs. We import property data, generate marketing copy, and host the resulting websites.
You may use the Service without an account for limited functionality. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Published sites are billed at $19/site/month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
